    • Katarina V. Cook, elected in November 2009 for an unexpired term ending December 31, 2013. Judge Cook replaces Judge Orlando Williams who was defeated. 1/1/10
    • Thomas M. McCarty, elected in November 2009 for an unexpired term ending January 1, 2012. Judge McCarty replaces Judge Stephen A. Fallis who was defeated. 1/1/10
    Bedford Municipal Court
    • Harry J. Jacob, III, elected in November 2009 for a full term beginning January 1, 2010. Judge Jacob replaces Judge Peter J. Junkin who was defeated. 1/1/10
    Carroll Co. Municipal Court
    • Gary L. Willen, elected in November 2009 for a full term beginning January 1, 2010. Judge Willen replaces Judge Charles A. Johnston who was defeated. 1/1/10
    Cuyahoga Co. Domestic Relations Court
    • Rosemary Grdina Gold, appointed to an unexpired term ending January 7, 2015. Judge Gold replaces Judge Timothy M. Flanagan who retired. 4/5/10
    Elyria Municipal Court
    • Gary C. Bennett, elected in November 2009 for a full term beginning January 1, 2010. Judge Bennett replaces Judge John R. Musson who retired. 1/1/10
    Findlay Municipal Court
    • Jonathan P. Starn, elected in November 2009 for a full term beginning January 1, 2010. Judge Starn replaces Judge Kevin C. Smith who retired. 1/1/10
    Franklin Co. Municipal Court
    • Mark A. Hummer, elected in November 2009 for a full term beginning January 3, 2010. Judge Hummer replaces Judge Janet A. Grubb who retired. 1/3/10
    Franklin Co. Probate Court
    • Alan Acker, appointed to an unexpired term ending February 8, 2015. Judge Acker replaces Justice Eric Brown who was appointed to the Supreme Court of Ohio. 6/7/10
    Hamilton Co. Municipal Court
    • Tyrone K. Yates, appointed to a term ending January 4, 2014. Judge Yates replaces Judge Nadine Allen who was appointed to the Hamilton Co. Common Pleas Court. 1/29/10
    Holmes Co. Common Pleas Court
    • Robert D. Rinfret, appointed to a term ending February 8, 2015. Judge Rinfret replaces Judge Thomas White who retired. 2/15/10
    Licking Co. Municipal Court
    • David N. Stansbury, appointed to an unexpired term ending December 31, 2011. Judge Stansbury replaces Judge William David Branstool. 7/12/10

    Perry Co. Common Pleas Court
    • Tina Boyer, elected in November 2008 (new term starts 18 months after the election) for a full term beginning July 6, 2010. Judge Boyer replaces Judge Linton D. Lewis, Jr. who retired.  7/6/10

    • Kevin T. Poland, elected in November 2009 for a full term beginning January 1, 2010. Judge Poland replaces Judge John J. Plough who retired. 1/1/10

    • Mark K. Fankhauser, elected in November 2009 for a full term beginning January 2, 2010. Judge Fankhauser replaces Judge Barbara Roush Watson who retired.  1/2/10
